Born and raised in Ohio, Chef Michal Gaston’s passion for cooking started in his grandmother’s kitchen — a place where food was grown, prepared, and shared with purpose. What began as time spent with family grew into a clear path. After high school, he pursued Culinary Arts at the University of Akron and Bradford Culinary Institute in Columbus, Ohio, refining his technique while staying rooted in the values that first shaped him.

With over a decade of culinary expertise and the proud owner of my own business since 2018, I’ve dedicated my life to delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
